Paramedical Training Course Dr. B. C. Roy Multi-Speciality Medical Research Centre (BCRMRC), IIT Kharagpur, has established School for Skills: Healthcare & Technology to train youth, especially those with limited formal education, as Allied Health Professionals (Paramedical technician certificate courses) and create opportunities for employment in hospitals. This will create enormous employment opportunity for the youths in hospitals all over India where there is a shortage of skilled personnel. This course will run within the premises of Dr. Syama Prasad Mookerjee Super Speciality Hospital. Foundation for Innovations in Health (FIH) becomes the skill and knowledge partner of IIT Kharagpur to support planning, promoting and operating "School for Skills: Healthcare & Technology". SFS is an initiative of FIH. SFS has over 13 years of experience in training paramedical personnel in six (6) states of India, having trained 5000+ youths, with 80% of them now employed in over 80 hospitals in all major cities in India.
