(ECE/EE/EI) or equivalent, M.Sc. (Physics/Electronics) are eligible to seek admission to this programme. All the applicants applying for the programme must have secured at least 60% marks or CGPA of 6.00 on a 10 point scale at the qualifying degree level. The marks awarded for the qualifying degree will be considered for eligibility. Candidates from Industry Candidates must satisfy the minimum educational qualification i.e B.Tech (Electronics and Comm. Engg/Electrical Engg/Electronics and Inst. Engg/Electrical and Inst Engg.) or equivalent, M.Sc (Physics/Electronics). Candidates must have secured at least 60% marks or CGPA of 6.00 on a 10-point scale at the qualifying degree level. Admission is open to all age groups. Candidates must have at least two years of relevant experience in industry and/or research labs on the last date of the submission of application. Work experience before the qualifying degree will not be counted. He/She must be currently a working professional. Candidates with or without GATE are eligible to apply for this programme.
