<p>Rashtriya e-Pustakalaya is an innovative digital library launched on February 10, 2024. Developed under the Department of School Education and Literacy, Ministry of Education, it is designed especially for the children and youth of the nation. Serving as a comprehensive national repository of knowledge, literature, and stories, the platform aims to make reading joyful and accessible to all.<img style="max-width: 100%; height: auto; float: right;" src="https://static.vikaspedia.in/mediastorage/filestorage/20261026015635_Screenshot2026-10-26015308.webp" alt="Uploaded Image"></p>
<p>The project aims to cultivate a life-long passion for reading among the children and kindle a sense of pride among the youth about India&rsquo;s rich and diverse heritage, culture, and achievements. It also seeks to serve as a central hub of knowledge for generations to come.</p>
<p>Rashtriya e-Pustakalaya offers unlimited access to a diverse range of books, spanning genres like fiction, non-fiction, comics, rhymes, and picture books. It also offers literature on highly sought-after topics like Art and Culture, and Travel and Exploration. This library has been thoughtfully organised into four age-specific categories: 3-8 years, 8-11 years, 11-14 years and Young Adults, keeping in line with the vision of National Education Policy 2020.</p>
