Scientific Analysis Group (SAG), Delhi is a premier Research Laboratory under Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), Ministry of Defence. SAG, Delhi offers paid Internship Scheme (06 Months) in various disciplines from the students (Indian Citizens only) who are pursuing the final year B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/M.Sc. in an academic year. Eligibility Eligible candidates were required to be: Final-year students of full-time undergraduate engineering programmes (B.E./B.Tech) or postgraduate programmes (M.E./M.Tech/M.Sc) in relevant disciplines. Students with no active backlogs in previous semesters were eligible to apply. Applicants with a minimum academic record of at least 75 percent marks or a 7.5 CGPA from an AICTE/UGC-approved institution. Duration, vacancies and disciplines Duration : Six months beginning January The internship offers a total of 24 positions distributed among the following branches: Computer Science / Cyber Security / Information Technology (CS) – 17 vacancies Electronics / ECE / EIE – 4 vacancies Physics – 2 vacancies Mathematics / Statistics – 1 vacancies Application and Selection The application received through E-mail(saghr.sag@gov.in) only will be accepted. In E-mail the subject should be clearly mentioned as “Application for Paid Internship - January ---” with Branch Code and Branch/ Discipline addressed to Director, Scientific Analysis Group (SAG). No Objection Certificate from college in the prescribed format 10th Mark Sheet. 12th / Diploma Mark Sheet Mark Sheets of all the completed semesters (BE/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/M.Sc). Aadhaar Card. College ID Card. Eligible students will be selected based on CGPA/Interview/Interaction as required, subject to satisfactory verification of the documents. Stipend and Benefits Selected interns were to receive a paid stipend totalling ₹30,000 for the six-month duration, disbursed in two instalments of ₹15,000 each upon completion of the third and sixth months. The stipend disbursement is contingent on meeting attendance requirements (a minimum number of 15 working days per month). Interns are responsible for their own lodging, boarding, transport, and medical expenses. Completion and Certification Upon successful completion of the internship and satisfying performance and attendance standards, participants were to be awarded a certificate of internship by SAG/DRDO.
